WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I EXPERIENCE OR WITNESS ANTISOCIAL OR DANGEROUS BEHAVIOUR IN THE VENUE?

Please speak up. We strive to be a safe and inclusive space for all.

We have a zero tolerance policy against crowd surfing and stage diving. We believe everyone deserves to have a safe night out, any anti-social behaviour will be called out and not tolerated.

You can report to our staff or security, or ask to speak to the manager on duty.

I HAVE A TICKET FOR A SHOW THAT HAS CHANGED DATED, WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Sometimes shows need to move dates for a variety of different reasons. If this happens the ticketing team will email the ticket purchases with information.  All original tickets will be valid for shows on their new dates. Please contact the box office at ticketing@cglive.com.au for all further queries.

WILL YOU BE SCREENING THE FOOTY, CRICKET, SOCCER, SPECIAL SPORTING EVENTS?

We’ve got Fox Sports and show all of the AFL games live in season and any other sports worth drinking beer to the rest of the time.

I’M A MUSIC VICTORIA, RRR FM OR PBS FM SUBSCRIBER, HOW DO I REDEEM MY DISCOUNT?

NSC offers 10% off food & drinks for all Music Victoria, RRR FM & PBS FM members to say thanks for supporting our local music community. All you need to do is show your card at the bar at time of purchase to redeem. **Offer excludes functions & already discounted items.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS OVER THE PHONE?

WHAT HEALTH INFORMATION SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE COMING TO THE VENUE?

We strive to create safe and comfortable environments for you to visit.

We continue to maintain a high standard of cleaning and sanitation, promote air flow and ventilation. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. If you have a ticket to a show you can resell it via Tixel, or if you have a booking you can reschedule it via the confirmation email.

Masks are not currently required in the venue, however they are encouraged in crowded spaces where physical distancing is not possible.

LOOKING TO BUY OR SELL TICKETS FOR A SOLD OUT GIG?

Tixel is our recommended resale platform for any sold out show. Tickets are verified and will be transferred to your details once purchase is finalised so you can feel secure in your purchase. Please contact the box office if you have any questions or check the show’s Facebook event for verified Tixel links or click here for a full list.

WHY CAN’T A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ATTEND SHOWS?

It is venue policy that all our patrons be over the age of 18 in the bandroom. NSC does hold strictly under age events. See the Gigs page for details.

ARE SHOWS SEATED OR STANDING?

Our bandrooms are general admission and standing room only, however some gigs or events will have allocated seating. Check the gigs list for details. If you need a seat at a show, please ask a staff member to help you.

“I LOST MY TICKET”

If you have misplaced your confirmation email containing the E-ticket(s) please email the Box Office on ticketing@cglive.com.au and they can re-send.

LEAVING THE VENUE

When the event ends and/or you exit the building, you must:

1) Exit in an orderly and appropriate manner;

2) Follow the directions of staff to clear an area or access way;

3) Not cause undue noise or disruption to the adjacent amenity or neighbouring properties.

DO YOU HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?

There is wheelchair access via the middle door on High St. If this door is locked, please ask our staff for assistance if required.

WHAT ARE THE BOOKINGS FEES FOR TICKETING?

Booking fees are charged to cover administration and delivery costs as well as bank fees. Booking fees are NOT refundable.

IS THERE A SMOKING AREA?

The lower area of the deck has an open air section where smoking is permitted.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Dogs are permitted in outdoor areas only until 6pm.

CAN I BRING RECORDING DEVICES LIKE AUDIO, TAPE, CAMERA OR FILM?

No, you cannot record an artist’s performance. You would require permission from the artist as per the Copyright Act, as the performance is “owned” by the artist. The authority to allow or not allow such recording devices on the night rests with the artists performing and not the venue.
